About:Embassy & Consulates of Malaysia in China

I got a friend in China would like to visit Malaysia for a couple of weeks next month. She doesn't like to go through local travel agency. May I know how she can proceed to apply ? What is the costs involved ? time required ? documents needed ? your assistance is highly appreciated.
