About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Is the China Embassy in Philippines will be open on October 12, for issuing the visa?

In principle, it will be open then, but the coming National Day Holiday will be the 60th anniversary of the PRC, policy may be changed.
Confirm this with the China emabssy in philippines directly.
