hi , i wish to apply for chinese visa , i have kosovo passport . now i have slovenia visa so i can travel in EU . 1 week before i was in chinese embassy in denmark , but they not allow me to apply for chinese visa , cause they said : you must have yellow card from denmark embassy in kosovo . so i cant apply without this card . i wish to know  if i can apply for chinese visa in chinese embassy in austria . so do i need any yellow card for austria too ? and can u tell me which document i need to apply for chinese visa  cuse i have kosovo passport .  thank you for your time
