HelloI am a Russian citizen with a Spanish residency, living in Malaga. Id like to get a tourist Chinese visa, can you please recommend a travel agency in Malaga or Marbella. Or can I send all required documents by mail, if yes, which address do I send them to?

The China in Madrid and the Consulate-General of China in Barcelona both don't accept by post or all kind of express delivery, you have to entrust relatives or travel agencies to submit applications and pick up visas on your behalf.As for the authorized travel agencies, please contact the Consular Office of the embassy directly.Tel:  34-91-7414728Fax:  34-91-7414793Office Hours: 10:00 -13:00, Monday, Wednesday, Friday (except holidays)
