how can i get full scholarship to study abroad in yan'an university?

How can I get full scholarship to study abroad in Yan'an University? and How can I travel from Surabaya, East Java-Indonesia to that university? Thx for replies...

It will be a long and twisting journey. Well, I think you should get to Jakarta first and then take connecting flight to Xian via Guangzhou or Hong Kong. Take airport bus to Bell Tower than take a taxi to Xian Bus Station near Xian Railway Station (about 10RMB). Then take express buses to Yan'an (100-120RMB for 3-3.5 hours) . Take a taxi to the university directly after getting off the bus.
