Do not need a visa to Hong Kong. Singapore passport holders can stay in Hong Kong without a visa within 90 days, in mainland China without a visa within 15 days.

Holding a third country visa, you can stay no more than 7 days in Hong Kong without Hong Kong visa, but it seems you should buy flight ticket which needs a transfer at Hong Kong.

I think you need a HONG KONG VISA.I have a friend who is Chinese ( China passport holder) she lives in France, too, and she does need a visa to get in to HONGKONG.
