Hi, HY:I am sorry taht i made mistake yesterday. When you call a fixed number, you need to add the area code 757, but when you call a mobile phone, you do not need to add the area code. So just dial 00 86 with the mobile phone number. I am really sorry, please let me know if you get this reply.
