Can the copy of e-ticket be the voucher for me to recoup my airfare from my company?

Do you mean China domestic or international flights? For China domestic ones, the original or the copy of Itinerary/Receipt of E-ticket can be the voucher for reimbursement. For international ones, you can provide your company with the International Air Passenger Transportation Receipt.
