About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hi:
My parent are chinese passport holder and i m inviting my parent come to brunei for holiday, but they planed to spot over in bangkok 1st (on tourism visa)before they come to brunei. i would like to check with you whether is it confirmed they can get visa on arrival in the airport or not. appreciate if you could reply to me ASAP.
