I plan to visit Badaling and Ming Tombs in one day. 1) What is the recommended time to leave Deshengmen?2) How long should i stay in Badaling ?3) How long does a bus take from Badaling station to Ming Tombs? How much is the price?4) What is the last bus from Ming Tombs back to Deshengmen?

1. Start early. Leave Deshengmen at 8 or 9 in the morning.2. Two hours are enough on the wall.3. You can take the bus no.919 (慢,meaning slow line) from Badaling Station and get off at MingHuang LaXiang Guan Station (The Dynasty Wax Works Palace), and take bus no.314 and get off at Ding Mausoleum (one of the thirteen Ming Tombs). The bus no.314 costs about 2 yuan and the bus no.919 (慢)costs less than 8 yuan (if my memory is not bad, I went there 3 years ago). It needs over one hour, depends on the traffic.4. The last bus no.314 from Ming Tombs leaves at 19:40, and you should get off at Minghuang Laxiang Guan Station and catch no.919 (慢) to return to Deshengmen.
