Currently, you could take train, bus or taxi from shenyang to Fushuan. The most comfortable one is by taxi which cost about 20RMB/adult. Then, it should be take the Leifeng Hao Bus respectively from the Minzhu Road (to the south of Shenyang Bus Station)and the south of the Shenyang North Bus Station. Its best to use the leifanghao bus to fushun. The bus station is located in front of the shenyang north railway station (shenyangbeizhan).
