I am an American Citizen.  I plan to marry a Chinese lady.  We plan to marry in USA.  She is a widow. I have applied for a K-1 (Fiancee') Visa for her to come to USA.Instructions for her interview at US Embassy in Guangzhou state she must have marriageability certificate.  I think this is also known as single certificate.  She was born and lives in Beijing.  Where does she need to go to get this certificate?
