Dear Sir FYI. My origin country from Hong Kong. My nationality is British National(Overseas) and holding United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland passport.My passport is fully stamped, can i renew my passport at Chinese Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. It will take how many day to renew because i must flight to New York on 11th Sept'09 and what the documents needed for renewal.Kindly advise. Thanks

You should renew your passport from the Embassy of Ireland in Kuala Lumpur instead of the China embassy.
