Hi, there are shuttle bus to hotels in hong kong at the airport. You can find it at B01 counter in the airport. The price is about 150 HKD per person. The service hour is 06:20--21:10 (not quite sure, you can call this service number: 852-3193-9333 for sure). The bus can take you to your hotel
