There is no direct train from Hongkong to Shenzhen, but there are trains from Kowloon to Guangzhou, you can see in this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/train2.htm, and when you arrive in Guangzhou, you can take a minibus to Shenzhen, very convenient transportation!

You can take the MTR in Hing Kong to the Luohu Train station. It is part of the subway system but is a train. Then take the Shenzhen Subway to last stop which is Window On The world.It is very easy
