About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

i would like to know what will be the penalty for over staying in china as a student if my visa expires, and what if the person in charge of buying me return ticket to ghana delays more than a week or month what can i do to avoid any penalty? thank you.

You should apply for a visa extension (actually a new tourist visa) before the visa expired. The new visa will allow you to stay for several days to pack up. You are very likely to be fined for your overstayiing.
