Hi,
I would like to know where i should go if i want to buy woman's clothes. I would like to buy retail first and then if i am satisfied i would want to buy in wholesale.

hello Ms.Alice,what kind of woman's clothes you want to buy ?summer clothes of winter clothes ?i know some of wholesale&retail store with good price in Hangzhou. so if you are bale to come here i can guide you to the clothes market.

In the international trade city you can find it , but they are only wholesale. they sell it very expancive for retail. so i think mister Adil muslim said is rght. you can get it from binwang market . binwang market also big holesale market but they also have retail.
