About:Shenzhen Travel

Hi! My family and I are planning to go to HongKong and Shenzhen next month. We plan to go to Shenzhen for a day via HK's MTR. Is the Shenzhen visa still available upon arrival at the Luohu border or should we apply for it in advance at the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines?

We plan to go to WOW, Happy Valley and Dongmen. I've heard that from Luohu border, we can ride the MTR to WOW and Happy Valley. From Happy Valley, how do we get to Dongmen? From Dongmen, how do we get back to the Luohu border?

Hi, you need to apply at your country currently!
From happy valley to dongmen, you can take subway line 1. From dongmen to luohu border: walk to dongmen bus station and then take 369 and get off at luohu hospital. Walk about 100 meter you can see luohu border.

Hi, I think going to shenzen, visa is available upon arrival in KCR station, like when your going to Macau, you can get visa in HK-Macau Ferry station especially if its only a day tour.
Mr. Peter can you please correct me if I'm wrong ?

Mr. Kai, I've heard of that sort of visa too. Anyone happen to know if it is readily available at the Luohu border? If it is, do u know how much? Chinese visa is Php1400 (est.HK$215) here.

Last time we've been there, the travel agency took care of it. However, this time around, we're not taking the tour. I wanted to make sure about these details so that our trip will be well planned. Any info regarding these matters would really be helpful. Thank you so much! :)
