About:The Office of the Charg¨¦ d'Affaires of the PRC in Lithuania

Hi, I would like to travel to Xinjiang the first week of october and I wanted to know if the weather will be ok. I want to find a nice cheap hostel in urumuqi, can someone suggest any place?

I would also like to know other places to stay in other cities around
