Is there a bus from Ocean Park going to Tsim Sha Tsui? From Ocean Park, we plan to watch the symphony of lights. thanks!

You can take metro.
After your visit to the Ocean Park, take metro 629 to Admirity Station and transfer to Tsim Sha Tsui, there are clear signs at the metro stop. It takes less than 1 hour.
