About:Jiuzhaigou Travel Guide

We are planning to go on the 13 Feb (during Chinese new year). I am wondering will it be too cold for our children age of 5 and 7? Also any recomendation on hotel?(4 star is fine)
Is local tour arrangement convenient up there?

The average temperature is -1C and it may snow. Yes, I thing it is a bit colder to get there in Feb.
