Turkish airlines Hong Kong is the WORST AIRLINE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, I AM A MUM WITH 11 MONTH OLD BABY STUCK IN HONG KONG AIRPORT FOR THREE DAYS JUST BECAUSE OF A VERY SIMPLE CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION THAT MY HUSBAND PAID FROM HID CREDIT CARD IN SYDNEY. NO ONE FROM THE OFFICE HERE BOTHERED TO EVEN CONTACT US IN THE TRAVELLERS LOUNGE AND TALK TO US. THE BABY IS NOT WALKING, I HAVE TO HOLD HIM IN MY ARMS THE FULL 3 DAY, I ALSO HAVE MY MUM HERE WHO HAS BACK PAINS AND IS VERY STRESSED. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT STAFF FROM TURKISH AIRLINES HERE ARE SO TERRIBLE AND WON'T EVEN APPORACH ME TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION. I HAVE ALREADY COVERED A HUGE COST TO STAY IN THE TRAVELLERS LOUNGE AND I AM VERY WORRIED ABOUT THE BABY GETTING SICK ESPECIALLY WITH THE SWINE FLU AROUND. THE OFFICE IN SYDNEY MADE NUMEROUS CALL TO HONG KONG OFFICE AND ASSURED US THAT SOMEONE WILL COME AND SEE US, BUT NO ONE EVER TURNED UP. WE ARE LEFT HERE LIKE DOGS, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT A COMPANY WITH SUCH A REPUTATION CAN TREAT A BABY LIKE THIS. I WAS TOLD YESTERDAY THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR TURKISH AIRLINES IN HONG KONG REFUSED TO SEE US AND WE HAVE TO FIND OUR OWN WAY AROUND AND PAY FOR ALL THE COSTS OURSELVES. SHAME ON YOU TURKISH AIRLINES HONG KONG!!!!. I THINK THE MANAGER IN HONG KONG SHOULD BE SACKED!!! IT IS TERRIBLE TO HAVE A MANAGER OF A COMPANY THAT HAS SUCH A DISASTROUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE I WILL LEAVE A TERRIBLE FEEDBACK FOR THE COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE TRYED TO CONTACT HONG KONG OFFICE THIS MORNING BUT THERE IS NO ANSWER. I HAVE BOUGHT THESE TICKETS FROM TURKISH AIRLINES WEBSITE IN GOOD FAITH, THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND I WAS ISSUED WITH A TICKET, MY HUSBAND COULD NOT GIVE ME HIS CREDIT CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENCE AS HE IS NOT TRAVELLING WITH US AND NEEDS THESE DOCUMENTS BACK IN AUSTRALIA.
