About:Chengdu Travel

I will be staying in in an apartment in Chengdu from about September to late November. Is the tap water coming from the faucet regulated for contaminants, and is it drinkable by Chinese standards?

All of the tap water in China is firstly purifed, but could not be drunk directly unless it is boiled.
