I ordered a DVD set a little over 2 weeks ago and I received my package. But today I received the same order again and I didnt know I had placed 2 orders. How can I return the second package or cancel any other order because for some reason I cannot contact the 11185 hotline from Virgina. If any one knows what to do please let me know. Thanks

A lot of people complain that they can not get through ems's hotline. i advise that you can go to their website, there is a client feedfack section. Post your doubts and questions, they will see it maybe.
