You can if you are willing to. As you see in the above passage, the Temple of Heaven won't be closed until 20:00. You've got enough time. However, i don't recommended you visit the temple of heaven in the evening.

Thanks Black.Is it too dark in the evening at Temple of Heaven? As I my arrival time is 4pm & I don't want to waste the rest of the day not seeing any attraction on my 1st day. Which other attractions can u recommend for the late afternoon/early evening? Thanks again.

Hi, I am not saying it's too dark in the evening at Temple of Heaven. I don't recommend as it is not a good time to take pictures. Anyway, you can definitely go there if you don't care about the photo thing.
