About:Getting to Macau

I have one entry visa to Cina.
Uppon arrival to Hong Kong I plan to stay several days in Shenzhen.
This will waste the visa entry.
Now I wish to have one day in Macau, return to my hotel in Shenzhen and stay few aditional days there and leave to Hong Kong.
my question: is the single entry visa sufficient for entry to Shenzhen and Macau ( provided that the trip to macau will be from/to the Shenzhen ferry terminal

As you said your one entry visa will be used when you get to Shenzhen from Hong Kong at the very beginning. So, if you still need an entry permit when you get back to Shenzhen from Macau the second time. You need double entry visa, or rearrange your route among the three places.
