About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

My Chinese Lady is a widow. We have applied for a K-1 Visa and plan to marry in USA. Does she need a
"certificate of marriageability" or just the death certificate of her deceased husband? Does she need to
present the US Embassy in Guangzhou both the death certificate and the "marriageability certificate" ?
Thanks
doug
