Hi, I've spent quite a bit of time in Shanghai over the past 5 years...and the best place to taste tea and buy tea is Tea Fragrant Garden near the end of Nanjing Road at the Bund. The address is No. 500 Zhangshandong 1 Road. Enjoy!
