About:Hong Kong Weather

i will be in HK on 18sep to 24sep09, would like to know how is the weather at that time and also is it suitable to wear sleeveless shirt & short pants?

It is still summer then, You need to wear your summer clothes like the short pants sleeveless shirt. The average temperature is about 31 centigrade
