About:Chinese Embassy in Syria

dear Sir

i am syrian citizen and residence in dubai and i need urgent visa to hong kong before 2/9/2009
what are the papers they need in the embassy ?
how many days i can have the visa ?
this is my first time .
i have many multi visas on my passport,
