About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Good Day! I'm planning to work in China as a Caregiver in a nursing home (Hebei Province) however, my agency here in the Philippines told me that China won't issue a working visa or ARC unless i am a nursing graduate. Is it really true? By the way, I am Midwife (under board). Please advise! Thank you!

Yes, it is true, if you are not the nursing graduate, you can't get a alien employment permit, then you can't get the Work Visa.
