About:China Visa Application in USA

What I need and how can I register business in China?

Our company need to register business in China, i was told that 1 need to apply Notarization for the documents, our company head quartered in Indian, registered in Delaware state, I had obtained the Certification of Incorporation from Delaware state, what i need to do to get Notarization from Chinese embassy?

Ms. Cai, you can only get the authentication from Chinese embassy rathern notariation, Chinese embassy only accepts notarization application from Chinese citizens.

First, please get the Certificate of Incorporation verified by the State Secretary Office in USA, then go to Chinese embassy to apply for authentication
