About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

we want to go to China for tourism. i am a dutch citizen and my husband not. what do we need to get a chinese visa here in the netherlands. but he has a resident from an other europe country.

I am afriad that your husband can not apply for a China visa from Netherands because he has not the resident of Netherlands
