About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

I read that I need a medical certificat for a student visa to China.
Will it be sufficient if a Belgian Doctor declares in English that I'm healthy and that I have this document legalised by the Belgian Authorities ? Or do I need a special form to be filled out by the doctor. If yes - Where is the form available

Mr. rik, you need to confirm this with the China embassy in Belguim who will issue the visa for you finally.
