Please i applied for a school in china and the school mailed me my admission letter and the jw202. i would like to know should i do next ?

Mr. Frank,Then you just take all the following documents to the China embassy in Accra, Ghana to apply for the visa:1. Properly and truthfully filled out Visa Application Form(download from http://gh.china-embassy.org/eng/lsyw/), to which one passport-size photo is attached, 2. Valid passport with blank pages and a photocopy of the data page.3. Original and photocopy of the notification of admission from the receiving school, completed Visa Application Form (JW-202), Physical Examination form (Q-2) and original HIV/AIDS clinical test report and a photocopy.
