Both of the Gongzhufen Station and the Military Museum Station of Beijing subway Line 1 are not far from the West Railway Station, just 2 stops by city-bus. Well, it seems that it is easier to catch a city-bus to Gongzhufen once exit from the railway station.

Changchunjie Station of Beijing subway line 2 is near the West Railway Station，you can take city-bus of No.特2 From West Railway Station to Changchunjie. Good luky!
