About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

I want to teach english part time in HK. can i apply for a work-holiday visa when i arrive in the country. as i have an australian passport i can stay for 90 days.

Yes, you can have a try. If you are refused to be gien a visa in Hk, you can go back to Australia to do that again, since you will just work in Hk part time.
