Take airplane from Damascus to Shanghai Pudong via Amsterdam, Moscow or Paris. To which part of Anhui? If you are going to Huangshan Mountain, there is direct bus and train from Shanghai. If the capital city of the province, Hefei, you can take train (or flight)from Shanghai Railway Station. If take flight, you should get to Hongqiao Airport of Shanghai and get to Hefei airport one hour later. Shanghai Railway Station has D train to Hefei, which will get there in 3.5 hours.
