Hello. Suggest you stay at Nanjing Road, which is near to the Bund, Huaihai Road, which is also a commerical street of the city, or Xujiahui, commercial center of Xuhui District. These areas are along the Subway Line 1, which can take you directly to Shanghai South Railway Station to catch the train to Hangzhou. otherwise, People's Square in West Nanjing Road, Xujiahui has airport buses to the airport.
