is it possible to get same day visa service in dublin?

Is it possible to get same day Visa service in Dublin? I travelled to China 2 years ago and got my visa the same day I am wondering does the same still apply. If not what is the average wait times on an Express Service?

The 1-day processing service is not available, you can only use the 3-day processing service by paying additional fee of EUR 23.00, if you apply for the China visa from the China aembassy in Ireland.
