Hi,Please advise how to go from Beijing to Yichang and back by rail? How long does it takes?

Hi, there is only one train running between yichang and beijing. K 49 Beijing West Railway Station to Yichang, it departs at 13:53 and it will arrives at 11:25 in the next day. K 50 is from yichang to beijing west railway station, it leaves at 18:20 and arrives at 15:25 in the next day. The price is about 300 for hard sleeper.
