About:Chinese Embassy in India

Hi Sir,
Myself Varghese Paul. I have worked in China during the period 16 July 2007 till 01 March 2009 through a valid Alien Work Permit issued by the Bureau of Labor, People's Republic of China. At present from my native place in India I am filing for a Candana Immgration as Permanent Resident. The requirement criteria dictates me to submit a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the Bureau of Social Security, China but unfortunately since I am back here in India I can't have it issued from there directly. Can I Sir, have a good advise about the procedure for applying for such a document from India through proper channel..
Best regards,
Varghese Paul

I'm afriad that you have to go to China to get the Police Clearance Certificate in the local Public Security Bureau which have the jurisdiction over your former residence in China.
