I got admission as a PhD student in Feng Chai University of Taiwan.Unfortunately there is no office as well as embassay of Taiwan in Islamabad,Pakistan.Chines embassay are not dealing with Taiwan visas. I am student and dont belive in state to state politics. I am keen to complete my PhD.Please guide me in detail how and where i can get Taiwan visa. Thank you so much.
