I wish to go to Saga & Lake Mansrovar. I require Visa from China. I will be proceeding from Delhi to Kathmandu and from there to Saga. I am a retired Senior officer of the Govt. of India. My DOB is 23-10-1933. I have a Valid Passport. Can I have apply for Visa in Chinese Embassy office at New Delhi and how soon can I get it. I will appreciate immediate reply.Thanks
