Dear Secretary,I have the Dutch nationality and I am resident since 3 years in Russia. In the comming months I will go for a new mission to China. Part of the procedure to obtain a employment licence is an Original Physical Examination Record which should be authenticated by China Counsulate. Could I address myself to the consulate in The Hague for authentification of these documents? If yes, what documents do I have to present and what delay takes it?Thank you in advance for your answer.Best regards,Best regards,
