About:Chinese Crew, Resident and Journalist Visa

I have been working in China for almost 4 years now and have been married to a local Chinese lady for the past 8 months... I am on my 4th business visa now and the 1 I have now is a 2 year mulitple entry with 60 day duration stay... 1st question I have is.... How can we obtain a tourist visa for my wife to visit the US for a week or so? 2nd question..... I would like to obtain a D visa so that we may stay here and live as we don't want to live in the US .... How to do this????

1. You can apply for a USA visa for your wife from the USA embassy or conculate near you.
2. You have to apply for a Residence Approval Certificate issued by the Chinese public security bureau in China, and then apply for the D visa from the China embassy in USA.
