I am planning to be in Haikou or Sanya in mid September. How is the weather in September? Will it be raining everyday?

It is still in the rainy season. Weather is hot for summer is not over. It will be hot during the day, cooler at night. If there is a rainstorm or typhoon, it may be a bit cold, not rany everyday. So, bring rain wear and long-sleeve coat with you.
