About:Business Hours in China

Hi,
I would like to travel to Beijing this october 1 to 5 2009 and it is a National Holiday the question is will everything be closed down for this holiday

No, everthing is open and there will be a lot of people then. Shops, places of interests as well as restarunts will all be filled with people. Please plan your trip in advance. As you have decided the date, you'd better book ticket now. If you book now, the ticket will be cheaper and you can get one without doubt. If you book near oct., i must say it is hard to book. Besides, your hotel should be prebooked either.
