Please see the information aboout visas for the UK ON its offical website http://ukinchina.fco.gov.uk/en/visas/

You should apply for UK visa through the VFS-Global website, www.vfs-uk-cn.com. They are a commercial company selected by the UK Border Agency and the British Embassy in China to administer the application process on our behalf.
