I am going to china, but my age only 12 year,my father going to china every month ,but i go to china what requrment the document.

You need to apply for a passport from your local foreign affairs office firstly, and then apply for a visa from the Chinese embassy in Pakistan （you can get the info. about the embassy on this page above.)
